circles chapter 10

From chapter 10, i have learned about central and inscribed angles. central angles are angles whose vertex lies on the center point on a triangle and forms and angle. an inscribed angle is an angle whose vertex lies on the edge of circle. this is what I've learned in chapter 10. a job that uses these concepts is an architect. my question is who made/found pi?
